Sample Tour
Our tours are generally private and personalized. We do our best to plan your tour to include any special requests you may have. Timing can be flexible.
Following is a sample of our basic tour:
- Pick-up at a location of your choice at about 10:30am.. It takes about 40 minutes from DT Portland to wine country.
- We usually tour Yamhill or Washington Counties where most of Oregon’s wineries are located.
- Our fee includes tastings at 4 to 6 wineries; lunch at a “wine country” bistro, and unlimited information about Oregon wines, wineries, and the people that make it all happen.
- We will have you back to your pick-up location by 5:30 to 6:00p.m..
We offer a Standard (basic) tour, a Deluxe tour, and the Wine Spectator Special tour. If you choose the Deluxe or Wine Spectator Special tour you’ll have more restaurant choices, and we’ll set up some guided winery tours and make arrangements for you to meet winery owners and winemakers.
We do offer a”you pick it” tour where you choose the wineries and pay the tasting fees and we pay for lunch. There is a 4 person minimum for this tour. You choose the wineries I’ll make the appointments.
